Jeanine Borree

I am a lifelong student of art, changing my expression as I change personally and as I change location.  Raised in the free museums and galleries of Los Angeles, I studied as young teen at Otis Art Institute.

As a young child, my favorite artists were Bonnard and Vuilliard and are still beloved.  Today my artistic goals include painting the landscape both expressionistically and impressionistically; painting images that remain over time,  fresh and of interest; that use color, composition and the nature of oil to describe the landscape.

I believe that everyone should own an original work of art. Living with original art, is a direct connection to the subject and to the artist’s experience and vision.  To that end, my paintings are accessible in style and price.
